What this site collects
This site collects only what you submit through the contact form: name, company, role, email, optional phone, organization type, support lane, approximate batch size, timeline, and your project description. The form also records a one-way technical fingerprint (a hashed network identifier) used solely to limit repeat submissions.
The site does not use advertising trackers and does not sell or share visitor information for marketing.
How submissions are used
Form submissions are used to respond to your request: reviewing the details, confirming scope, and following up. Submissions may be recorded in PEVO Wireless customer relationship records so the follow-up conversation has context.
Consent is explicit: the form cannot be submitted without agreeing that PEVO Wireless may use the details provided to respond to the request.
What you should not send
Do not submit confidential site documents or sensitive details through the form. PEVO Wireless provides an approved document exchange method after scope and confidentiality requirements are confirmed — see the Secure Document Exchange Guidelines in the resource library.
Retention
Requests that do not become engagements are retained for a limited period for follow-up context and then removed. Engagement records are retained per the engagement terms.
